Anker offers a straightforward, hassle-free warranty process. Warranty periods vary by product model. See the chart below for details. The duration may vary by country or region. For products purchased through offline dealers, please refer to the specific after-sales warranty policies.

This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable laws.

Extended Holiday Returns Window

Similar to previous years, Anker will temporarily extend its standard rturn window during the holiday season to ensure a smooth shopping experience and account for potential delivery delays. Our 2025 Exterded Holiday Returns Policy applies to orders placed between Noverber 10, 2025 and December 25, 2025. Items purchased within this period can be returned until January 31, 2026, or within 30 days after receiving the product, whichever is later. This policy covers all products purchased directly from the official Anker website. While the return window will be extended, all other return conditions and eligibility criteria remain unchanged. The standard warranty period for each product in the United States is listed in the chart below. Warranty durations may vary by country, region, or for products sold through certain offline dealers. Please refer to their specific after-sales policies.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase. This excludes corporate purchases or bulk orders, which may not be eligible for a refund.  (Note: Orders of 10 or more units of the same product are considered bulk orders.)
 
Product Condition Requirements
  • Products with visible wear, damage, or signs of use, as well as free gifts, are not eligible for return.
  • Returns must include all original accessories.
  • For orders placed under a "Buy One, Get One for $0.99" promotion, both items must be returned. If only one item is returned, the refund will equal the amount paid minus the MSRP of the $0.99 item.
  • For "gift with purchase" or "spend-and-save" promotions, both the main item and the free or discounted item must be returned together. If only the main item is returned, the MSRP of the free or discounted item will be deducted from the refund.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging.
Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be rejected.
 
Shipping and Refund Terms
  • For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A valid return receipt must also be provided.
  • For non-quality-related returns, Anker will only refund the cost of the product itself.
  • For pre-order items, the 30-day return period begins on the shipping date, not the order date.

 

Notes:
  • Refund requests under the 30-day money back guarantee must be submitted within 30 days of opening a warranty claim. Refunds for non-quality issues cannot be processed after this period has passed.
  • For products purchased through third-party platforms such as Amazon, Kickstarter, or through Anker-authorized distributors and retailers, please refer to their respective return policies.
  • Customers are encouraged to contact Anker Customer Support before initiating a return to confirm whether a return is the best option for their solution.

 

Return Process
Once the returned item arrives at Anker's warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.
 
How to Return an Item?
1. Please reach out to Anker customer support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
2. Anker support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to Anker with the following information:
  • Name of the courier
  • Tracking number
 
Canceling an Order
You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it by yourself.
If you are unable to cancel directly, please contact us at support@anker.com or initiate a return here.
Note: Orders that have already entered the shipping phase cannot be canceled.
 
How Long Does It Take to Receive a Refund?
Refunds are issued once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
 
 
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Anker are covered by a comprehensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase. (See the top of this page for your product's specific warranty timeline.)

Anker's limited warranty applies only in the country where the product was originally purchased. The warranty becomes void if the item is taken outside the country of purchase or shipped internationally from an authorized online order.
For quality-related warranty claims, replacement items will be provided as follows:
  • A factory-refurbished product of equal value will be offered when available.
  • If no refurbished model is available, a new item will be sent.
  • If replacement is not possible or not preferred, a partial refund will be offered based on the device's usage period.
Replacement products may differ from the original item in appearance or features. They may have a lower market value due to technological updates or changes in availability. Anker will determine the most comparable replacement product at its sole discretion.

Replacement product warranties will remain valid for the longer of the following two periods:
  • The original warranty period remaining for the defective item.
  • Three months from the date of replacement.

  • We also recommend using the Smart Help Center to try self-troubleshooting before reaching out to our support team.
Notes:
  • The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Anker must document the outcome of any troubleshooting steps taken by the buyer.
  • The serial number of the defective item and/or clear visual evidence showing the defect is required.
  • In some cases, the item may need to be returned for quality inspection.
  • If Anker requests a return of the defective item, the warranty on the replacement will be void if the wrong item is returned or if the defective item is not returned.

 

Valid Proof of Purchase
  • The order number and original shipping address for online purchases made through Anker.
  • A sales invoice that includes the seller's name and the Anker product.
  • A dated sales receipt from an authorized Anker reseller showing the product description and purchase price.

 

Note:
Warranty claims for product defects must be submitted within 90 days of opening a warranty claim. We are unable to process warranty claims for any items that have exceeded either the original warranty period or the 90-day claim window—whichever period is longer.
 
Not Covered Under Warranty
  • Normal aging or wear from regular use of products (including battery capacity reduction and changes in product color over time).
  • Products without valid proof of purchase.
  • Lost or stolen items.
  • Products that are no longer within the warranty period.
  • Non quality-related issues reported more than 30 days after purchase.
  • Free products or promotional giveaways.
  • Repairs or modifications performed by third parties.
  • Damage caused by external factors.
  • Damage resulting from misuse of the product (including but not limited to drops, exposure to extreme temperatures, liquid damage, or improper operation).
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers. 
 
Anker Is Not Liable For:
  • Loss of data resulting from the use of Anker products.
  • Accidental returns made by the buyer.
  • Returning personal or unrelated items.
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).
  • Any losses caused by the misuse of the product. Compensation, if applicable, will not exceed the original purchase price of the item.
Notes:
  • The warranty policy may be updated based on legal requirements, internal company policies, or product revisions.
  • This warranty policy applies only to products purchased through official Anker channels. Products bought from unauthorized sellers are not covered. Anker reserves the right to interpret and modify this policy.
  • If return items are shipped using a prepaid label provided by Anker, as instructed, Anker will cover any loss or damage during transit. However, Anker is not responsible for returns involving altered labels, incorrect items, or empty packages, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
  • For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for any damage or loss during transit. Anker does not offer refunds for items damaged in transit under non-quality-related warranty claims.
