    Overall a tidy and capable unit, could of small issues, needs the occasional restart but with the button on the front that's easy

    Issue with dock since I have purchased and no response from Anker support

    Anker support enquiry has been logged (#66691) and have not had a response since Feb 25/2025.

    Monitors connected to the Docking station are glitching (monitor signal dropping and reconnecting) frequently.

    A simple and unassuming looking, yet powerful USB4 dock.

    I've been impressed with various Anker USB wall chargers, car chargers, and cables, so I gave them a shot with this dock. I'm not into the RGB lighting and flashy paintjobs of a lot of modern tech, so I was pleased to find a dock that will just do it's job well while otherwise blending in to the background of my desk.Unfortunately, my personal laptop (Dell G16) requires a 330 watt power supply so I still have to plug in the power supply it came with separately. Even if this dock could supply enough power, the laptop does not accept power via USB, so I chose the dock based on the wattage my work laptop would need knowing that I'd have to use the original power supply for the G16. I bought the dock knowing this, so I won't fault it for that.My work laptop (Dell XPS 15) can draw enough power from the dock to stay fully charged through my whole work day. The dock sleeps and wakes properly with the XPS, but is less reliable about sleeping and waking with the G16. I suspect that has to do with it not accepting power over USB. It's not a huge deal to turn the dock on/off with the button, but I'd like to see a firmware update to deal with this issue in the future.Overall I'm pleased with it. It makes it seamless to use the same desk and peripherals for 2 laptops.
