    Damaged

    Dear Anker Support,I received my package today, but upon inspection, I noticed that the charger has a small dent, along with visible dust and remnants of sticker adhesive that have already been peeled off. I'm unsure whether the sticky residue is from the packaging or the charger itself. I’ve attached pictures for your reference. Given the condition of the product, I would kindly request either a replacement charger or a refund. While I understand the damage may have occurred during shipping, I would greatly appreciate a prompt response from your team to help resolve this issue.

    Great quality, reliable, good brand, surprisingly heavy

    It's surprisingly heavy but it's not a problem at all. I feel the weight makes it seem very high quality, I think it is literally packed full of the latest tech and safety features. The style is sleek and modern with a nice metal finish. I am also reassured by the well-known Anker brand. I am really happy with this adapter, having a second power adapter for my tablet/laptop device is really nice as well as the three total ports when charging a few devices at once (I don't use the other ports when powering tablet/laptop though). The option of USB Type C and Type A is another feature I really appreciate.
