This combo deal is great and product quality is excellent. The only thing is the dispatch and delivery, very slow. Could have dispatched quicker and used express delivery service considering we already paid few hundred bucks on the products.

I ordered the 27,650mAh power bank, which came in a package with the GaN charger, and a free Nano Charger (for an Iphone). I received the GaN charger and Nano, but not the actual item I had placed the order for. Instead of saying "sorry, we messed up", they say "sorry for the confusion". Apparently they decided it was a "split delivery", except the second tracking number was only created AFTER I advised them I hadn't received everything. There is no confusion on my part. Anker would not have sent me this request for review if they knew I hadn't received the Power Bank, or that it was a split delivery. Please be open and honest with your communications with customers. I have requested the complaints process, but this request has been ignoered, even tho I received 2 emails to other parts of my query after I requested the complaints process. It seems that Joshua may be the only 1 working at Anker as he is the only one emailing. I spent a lot of money on this purchase, but am unable to review the actual unit at this stage. Disapppointing.

This isn't cheap but delivers on spec, quality and is backed by Ankers customer service. I own the desktop dock to go with this and love them both.

Excellent charger only charger you will ever need.Can charge from 0% to 100 % in around 40 minutes and can charge any device as fast as it can accept the charge.

Quite big and heavy . Instructions are poor but easy to figure out after a short play . Can connect to an app but not necessary . I would have liked the display to stay on permanently but it doesn't. Seems well made and time will tell if it lasts.
