The charger is fine but has issues. The powerbank surface texture is super smooth which makes it easy to drop and the vinyl pouch compounds this. What typically happens is I grab the pouch out my backpack and the powerbank slips out the pouch onto the concrete. After 2 days of ownership it is in worse condition than my 2 year old phone becauae i keep dropping it hard maybe half a dozen times.

The product is a bit bulky but the features amd capacity to super fast charge devices multiple times before the device itself is depleted is excellent. Hands down the best portable powerbank I have ever owned. Highly recommend!
