So I did a review previously about what I think. Anker reached out to me to make sure I am happy with the product. They sent me a replacement straightaway. I would say they have the best customer service I have experienced.

Build quality is exceptional. Something I expect from Anker. I have no problem with the quality. I would suggest to put a rubbery material where the MagSafe is for more grip.

It can get hot when using wireless charging which I know it does but it is a bit excessive . I used to use another brand and didn’t get hot like this. Also I can only get at least 1 full charge (wired) on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. I am not quite sure if it’s because of the iPhone itself or what. Like I mentioned earlier I used another brand before and I can get almost 2 full charge and they both have the same 10,000mah.

The display on the side isn’t accurate but I don’t really mind it much.

I am happy with the product and will continue on using Anker but the product can be a bit better

Beautiful and powerful

Able to charge my iPhone 13 Pro to 100% twice on full charge. Screen is a great idea to have. I think all portable power banks should have this but the real deal is going to be my iPhone 16 pro max that will put it to the test. Especially when travelling.

This is a perfect handy power bank for my phone. I also use this as a stand whenever I need to watch something while charging.
