Insanely slow charge from the brick to iPhone. Customer support didn’t even know there was only one port on the device. Horrible support.

Decent purchase
I’ve had it for under a month. So far I am satisfied with the capacity and the charging time. I have an Alogic Lift that seems capable but is disappointing. Charging both takes longer for the Anker. The Alogic charges quickly but does not seem to hold its claimed capacity. It could not charge an iphone15PM from 20% in one go. The Anker did and had a bit to spare. Anker MagGo is pricier with less functions and is a bit heavier but the charging and the capacity is reliable.

Very nicely designed and made, but heavy and big.
Anker needs to make a 5K version with the same design, just lighter and slimmer.
